Online Exchange Meeting on MEE Order No.40 (New Chemical Substances Registration)

Dear members,

On October 24, 2026, China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) officially promulgated the Measures for Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances (MEE Order No. 40), which took effect immediately. Concurrently, the former regulatory framework, MEE Order No. 12, was repealed.

AICM would like to host an online meeting for helping members to exchange views and share industry best practices.
