AICM held a workshop on Policies and Encouraging Investment in Zhanjiang Economic & Technological Development Zone on May 21, 2019. About 14 members attended the workshop on policies on transformation and upgrading of chemical industry and relocation in Zhanjing Industry Park; policies on foreign investment fields in Zhanjiang Industry Park and the specific requirements for attracting investment; and relocation of enterprises in the park among different regions as well as specific requirements (such as project access conditions, land, environmental protection, energy consumption index requirements, and industrial chain planning of the park) through giving examples of key chemical industry park combined with enterprises relocation in the park; description of the actual practice of attracting foreign capital and implementation of policies. After that members visited the site of the development zone.
