On May 15, AICM first co-hold safety salon with Zhenjiang New Area New Material Industrial Park (ZNMIP) successfully in Changhe Chemicals. Mr. Xiao Li, AICM RCC chair, Mr. Kevin Li, AICM RCC deputy chair and AICM RC expert, Gary Gao attended this salon.

In the afternoon, AICM RC expert team visited the Safety Exploration Hall in Changhe Chemicals. The simulating operations, visual experience and fire fighting in virtual scenarios left good impression and enhanced knowledge on safety.

There’re total 52 enterprises and 65 EHS representatives joined this salon. First, Ms. Liu Hongling, vice director of ZNMIP made opening speech and hosted the salon. Mr. Xiao Li introduced the history of AICM and responsible care progress in China, and specified each code of responsible care. After that, Gary Gao discussed the practices of permit to work by Q&A and introduced a complete managing process of contractor. Finally, Kevin Li shared the interview skill and accident investigation methods and gave advices on LOTO management.

The activity ends successfully by exchanging the opinions with participants on how to deal with the challenges after “3.21” explosion.
