On July 16 2019, AICM hold wellbeing workshop in Nouryon as per the follow-up action from the discussion within sustainability subcommittee at the beginning of 2019. Gary Gao from Nouryon welcomed all and made an opening speech.

David Dai from Johnson Matthey, as group 1 leader of sustainability subcommittee introduced the concept and importance of mental health. And then we shared the cases and how to deal with emotion problem of employees by roundtable discussion.

After tea break, Shen Chunlin from Dupont, Gary Gao from Nouryon and Jane Sheng from Arkema shared the practices on ergonomics and have discussion on the issues we are facing. There’re total 16 participants attended this meeting.
