New Board of Directors Appointment

AICM is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Nicolas Poirot, President & CEO Air Liquide greater China as the new Chairman of AICM, he replaces Mr. Jeff Zhu of Cabot, who have reached his full terms; Mr. Lei Li, Vice President, SABIC North Asia Greater China Region as the new Vice Chairman of AICM, he replaces Mr. Paul Lindblad of Wacker, who have reached his full terms as well, both effective as of May 31, 2022.

The Board would like to extend heartfelt appreciations to Jeff and Paul for their remarkable dedications and leadership as the Board Directors, Vice Chair and Chair over the years and continuedly support as the new Advisory Board members after leaving Board.

Mr. Nicolas Poirot has profound knowledge in operation, strategic planning, where Mr. Lei Li is experienced in the chemical sector in China with over many years of experience in a variety of leadership roles.

Furthermore, the Board appoints Julie Xiaoyu Zhang, President Arkema Greater China, Fuliang Xia, President of Evonik Greater China as new Board Directors of AICM effective as of May 31, 2022. Ms. Zhang gains rich experience in regional and business management. Mr. Xia has solid experience in strategic operation and regional management.

The Board believes with the new Directors on board, AICM will further grow itself into a more professional and active organization.
