Li Lei stressed that AICM, along with its member companies, are committed to establishing a more positive reputation for the chemical industry with concrete actions, and the association will continue to actively promote Responsible Care®, advocating for science-based, future-proof policies which will enable the high-quality and sustainable development of the chemical industry in China.

In the meeting, both sides had in-depth discussions on the challenges and opportunities facing the chemical industry at present. They also discussed and reached broad consensus on further strengthening coordination to jointly promote the healthy and sustainable development of the petrochemical industry and other issues.
